About the position:
This role necessitates robust leadership skills to steer the incident resolution journey, drive continuous enhancements to existing processes, actively collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure strict compliance with Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), Business Continuity Plans (BCP), and auditing protocols.

Required:
- 5+ years experience in a similar position, ideally working for a Consultancy or ISP
- Proficient in IT service management, process development and both internal and external communications.
- Across the ITIL framework, ideally certified and across
- Be located in Brisbane or are willing to relocate from within Australia.
- Due to clearances that you will need to pass, you will be required to
have an Australian Citizenship.**
