We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Aruma.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and respond to all Social, Daily Living and Community access enquiries, as well as to support the onboarding process of new customers with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The position is open to applicants located anywhere in Victoria.

You may reside near any of our offices and have the option to use our hot spot with an option to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity.

The following locations are where the offices are situated:
Shepparton, Reservoir, Preston, Morwell, Mildura, Horsham, Geelong, and Ballarat Central.

  • You will also arrange meet and greets with support managers and collate onboarding paperwork.
  • Other key responsibilities include managing a customer pipeline, extracting, and analysing data from multiple sources, and preparing business cases.
  • You will support the BD team in managing enquiries, establishing greenfield sites, and participating in various Project & Working Groups.
  • In addition, you will provide administrative assistance to the BD Management team and operations teams as required, including taking minutes.

About you

  • To be successful in the role of Business Development Coordinator, you must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and have a proven track record in project and administrative roles.
  • You should be able to prioritise tasks effectively, meet competing deadlines, and provide highquality service. Additionally, you should have the ability to provide a solutionbased response to outsidethebox enquiries and build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A related certificate III in Community Services and/or Administration or a similar field is desired for this position.
