What we are looking for:


  • A genuine interest in pursuing a career in your chosen trade with Komatsu
  • A willingness to commit to structured, classroom based and, on the job, field training
  • An aptitude for technical/mechanical work
  • Welldeveloped written and verbal communication skills
  • Someone with a strong, ongoing commitment to workplace health & safety
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Recruitment Process:


Step 2:
If deemed successful, you will be invited to complete a game-based assessment (technical, safety, personality)


Step 3:

Successful applicants will be invited to attend the local site for an interview, participate in group activities and other tasks.


Step 4:

Shortlisted applicants will then be required to conduct a medical assessment, drug and alcohol screen, functional assessment, compliance checks and reference checks.


Step 5:
You will receive a conditional offer prior to proceeding to the onboarding stage.


Step 6:
Congratulations Your Technical Capability Manager will prepare you for the commencement of your apprenticeship in 2024.
