**The opportunity
We are thrilled to offer a permanent full-time opportunity for passionate individuals seeking a career with impact. This position is available in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane, with hybrid working arrangements.

Bupa is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a People Services Administrator.

In this role, you will take charge of processing HRIS (Workday and Avature) system activities and provide timely and precise support for all people-related inquiries within Bupa Dental, Australian Defence Force, and Department of Veteran Affairs business units.


How will you make an impact?

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding promptly to and efficiently completing Workday processing activities, maintaining the highest levels of data accuracy throughout the process.
  • Creating and managing employeerelated documentation, including contracts and letters, with a meticulous focus on accuracy and adherence to Bupa policies and protocols.
  • Investigating and resolving complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner, particularly those that may impact employee pay.
  • Maintaining a solid understanding of employment legislation, relevant industrial awards, and Bupa HR policies and practices, ensuring the delivery of accurate support and guidance.

What do I need?

  • Experience in Customer Service or phonebased support roles
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem solving and solutionsoriented mindset
  • Experience with HRIS systems (preferred)
  • Experience with Service Now or similar online case management tools (preferred)
  • 12 years' experience within an operational HR administrative function (preferred)
  • Qualifications in HR (Certificate IV, diploma or degree) and/or Business Administration, or similar is desirable
