My Client is located in the beautiful heart of Subiaco, and they are looking for an experienced Customer Services Officer to work in their well established and friendly Team
.
You will report into the Branch Owner and be responsible for the following duties:
Meeting and greeting customers into the Branch
Cash Handling and all general transactions
Manage all new customer enquiries
Resolve any customer queries
Provide the new customer a range of different services
Occasional Inbound and outbound calling from the database
You will have the following attributes:
Banking experience would be an advantage
Retail Experience
Strong Customer services skills
Highly organised
Multi Tasker
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Job Type:
Permanent
Salary:
From $25.09 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
