    ABOUT THE ROLE

    Working within the Strategy, Developments and Assets team, you will have exposure to several internal and external stakeholders in this true business partnering role.

    DUTIES

    • Support the Director with portfolio planning and insight to support executive leadership team
    • Financial modelling on various opportunities within the wider assets business
    • Business partner with finance team & wider stakeholders
    • Generate market & competitor research to identify opportunities
    • Prepare and deliver board reports & other tasks for exec team and Private Equity Investors
    • Mentor and facilitate change across this strategic finance function

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • Advanced excel financial modelling skills
    • High level of commercial acumen across the property industry, specifically within developments
    • Hands on approach to team leadership and mentoring
    • CA or CPA qualification
    • Strong communication skills
