About this opportunity
The Finance Officer will perform a variety of duties to manage the financial administration of the Home Instead Toowoomba office.
Some of the duties of the role include accounts payables, accounts receivables, and bank reconciliation.This position also provides support to the network:
including both corporate and franchise offices regarding transactional tasks and system enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
- End to End Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities
- Generate and process supplier invoices and other invoices as required.
- Maintain and prepare bills for review and payment by the Business Operations Manager
- Investigation of discrepancies identified through statement reconciliation.
- Support the Business Operations Manager in management of cashflow.
- Maintain a high accuracy of financial records to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the company.
- Month end activities including P&L review, expense accruals, accounts receivables, accounts payable, review and report on aged accounts payable and accounts receivables.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month end activities
About you
- Demonstrated experience in a Finance role
- Relevant accounting, finance or related qualification would be advantageous
- Preferably be experienced in using Reckon, Netsuite or similar size ERPs
- Demonstrated competency in the use of MS Office Suit
- Accurate data entry and administration skills
