We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Leader to join the
Morrison Living team here at
Compass Group as a
Site Manager based in
Richmond, NSW to work with us in our Aged Care sector.

This is a key role in our business, working in close partnership with our client to provide hands on leadership.

You will be delivering sustainable results by exceeding customer and client expectations.

A bit about you

Be a strong leader and decision maker.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dedicated team
Chef or Hospitality qualifications highly regarded
Attention to detail and great time management is a must
Have Intermediate computer literacy
Effectively manage the cost of goods and implement stock control systems within the workplace
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be triple COVID Vaccinated
Must be 2023 Influenza Vaccinated
Have a current Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one.

Key Duties include

Actively develop and execute strategies to reduce labour turnover
Ensure effective development and utilisation of professional knowledge and skills are shared across the team
Be a "hands on" leader, ensuring the smooth functional flow of our venue
Continue to build, develop, and enhance client relationship
Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved, and wastage is kept to a minimum
Maintain current food and labour controls in line with onsite budgets.
Deliver service that comes from the heart and served with a smile
Work in close partnership with our client to provide hands on leadership.
