Corporate Concierge to join their vibrant Melbourne team. With 50 years of experience serving communities in developing projects from residential to industrial, this is an exciting opportunity to work in one of Melbourne's most prestigious and energised office spaces.

About the role
As the first point of contact, the
Corporate Concierge provides a welcoming and professional experience for guests and tenants. Deliver
prompt, courteous and personalised service to build and maintain excellent professional relations. Promote the building's facilities. Manage requests, provide recommendations and resolve complaints.
Maintain necessary documentation and records for the Concierge desk.


As part of your daily duties, you will be responsible for:

  • First point of contact for high-level staff and clients
  • Phone correspondence
  • Managing passes and assisting and attending to visitors enquires
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Any adhoc duties or PA duties requested by tenants
  • Strong written and verbal correspondence on behalf on the company
