Are you an experienced customer service professional with exceptional administrative and customer services experience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Working in this government department, you will provide support to both internal and external stakeholders in a busy but rewarding role.

Duties will be varied and may include:

Communicating professionally and efficiently with internal teams, stakeholders, and the public to convey information clearly
Solving customer issues promptly, demonstrating resourcefulness and proactive thinking.
Addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Various administration duties required to carry out your role

To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Desired Skills

Previous experience in an operational service desk or contact centre
Excellent IT experience and the ability to solve issues when required
A strong customer service focus
Effective time management
Excellent communications skills
A proactive approach to problem solving

This is a contract role and presently will be ongoing until 30 June 2024.
