- The Human Resources Shared Services will support the HR Operations Lead to ensure key programs, policies, systems, and procedures supporting the hire to retire employee lifecycle are implemented for Abt's Australian corporate office and the EA&P region. The role will support HR solutions to align with OGA strategy and HR priorities. _
- Additionally, the position will support the Head of Domestic Programs to deliver against Abt's Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) initiatives.
HR Shared Service Centre Coordinator under the guidance of the HR Operations Lead:
- Support and contribute to the development and implementation of hire to retire programs, policies, systems, procedures, and compliance frameworks for Abt's Australian corporate office and the EA&P region.
- Support the employee contracting function for Abt Australia's corporate employees.
- Support the Talent and Change Management COE with implementing performance management processes, and resources.
- Deliver induction activities for corporate home office staff and contribute to the Employee Experience Onboarding Project.
- Provide Level 1 HRIS support and general system user training for ATLAS (eventually).
- Support metrics and reporting for the EA&P region and Abt Britain.
- Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (EDIA)
- Participate as active member of the RAP Working Group, supporting leadership with the achievement of key deliverables as agreed.
- Minimum 3 years' administration experience in a professional services environment.
- Experience using financial management systems and human resource information systems (Oracle experience would be preferred but not essential) '" Level 1 HRIS troubleshooting skills and experience delivering user training would be advantageous.
- Good problem solving, attention to detail skills, and confidence working with numbers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks and to respond to changing priorities when required.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced team environment, and crossculturally.
- Prior RAP experience desirable.
