Description

Mobile Experts have an exciting vacancy for an experienced Mobile Phone/Laptop repair
technician in our Peninsula Fair store.

IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE

You will be responsible for the following:

Ability to repair broken IPhone/Samsung Phones/ Tablets
Solve all technical problems in mobile devices
Train junior technicians to work in stores
Support all store techs in technical issues
Excellent communication skills
Track and monitor outgoing and incoming shipments
Have the potential to repair 5070 devices a week
Greet customers who enter/approach the shop/kiosk
Assist customers to find the right product for their requirement and upsell
Be responsible for processing cash and card payment
Answer queries from customers
Deal with customer refunds
Responsibly deal with customer complaints

Availability on Thursday nights and weekend is required. Prior experience in a similar role within retail will be preferred.

Salary:
$35.00 per hour
