State Trustees provides Victorians with financial and legal assistance during all stages of their life, including specialised services and products such as Will Writing, Powers of Attorney, Executor Services, Trustee Services, and Personal Financial Administration.


About the Role


You will provide administrative support to our Client Assets team to ensure our clients' financial and legal affairs are managed within required legislative requirements and service standards.


Duties

  • General administration and data entry
  • Prepare quality correspondence to clients and the business
  • Maintain accurate reporting tools
  • File documents and general file maintenance
  • Assist with mail distribution

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant administration & customer service experience
  • Understanding of financial terminology
  • Sound communication skills
  • Competent computer literacy
  • Ability to prepare commercial standard correspondence
