About the Client

Our client is a well-established company operating throughout the transport industry supplying truck wheel alignment and underbody repairs across Australia for the last 20 years.

They are currently looking to expand their current team with temporary to permanent opportunities for Mechanics in their workshop in Rocklea.

What you will be doing
If successful, you will be responsible for performing skilled mechanical work on heavy vehicles including trucks and buses.

You will be required to carry out diagnostics and repairs on mechanical systems, transmissions, breaks and suspension, conduct wheel alignments, inspections and testing of vehicles and equipment and ensure to meet compliance and regulations.

You will be required to work 8/10 hour days, Monday to Friday.

What you will need
Must be qualified and have a Trade Certificate
Current Drivers License with reliable transport
HR Licence (Highly desirable)
Previous experience working on heavy vehicles in a similar position
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical faults on a variety of vehicles and equipment
