About the role:


Working out of one Brisbane's premier dining and entertainment precincts, a great opportunity has arisen for an IT support professional to provide onsite technical services to a team of 300 staff.


Responsibilities:


  • Support and monitor the group network and VLANS
  • User onboarding, account creation and access management for new staff.
  • Supporting over 100 HP desktops in a Microsoft OS environment
  • Supporting HP Servers and Windows Hyper-V Virtual Machines
  • Managing tickets through to completion
  • General Networking (Vlans, routers etc)
  • Aruba Cloud (Switches, AP's)
  • Microsoft Azure/Active Directory/Hyper-V
  • Microsoft 365/One Drive/SharePoint
  • WatchGuard Firewalls
  • ConnectWise RMM and Zendesk (Internal software)
  • Egnyte
  • Unifi Networking
**It is not mandatory to have experience in all the above.


About you:


  • You will have 4 years of IT support experience
  • Strong technical problem solving ability
  • Strong communication skills and presentation
  • A motivation to grow and develop your IT career
