How will you make an impact?
This position is responsible for the management of the Supply Center channel in Australasia. To ensure Supply Centers are running efficiently and effectively for continued annual revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Achieve annual revenue & growth target within the Supply Centre channel of $3M+ contributing to the overall digital commerce revenue targets.
  • Partner with sales, marketing and ebusiness to develop the gotomarket strategy and value proposition of Supply Centers
  • Ensure Supply Centres are optimised to the current needs of the researchers within their respective institutes. Achieve this through health checks and optimisations throughout the year.
  • Explore and implement Supply Center strategy for new customer verticals with an expansion of products from across all business groups within the company
  • Deliver and maintain unparalleled service, working with relevant departments to accelerate the customer experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all Supply Centre key contacts and hosts
  • Record all activity within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Manage & maintain Supply Centre assets through good record keeping and working with relevant teams when the units require maintenance.
  • Communicate optimally with customers and employees, partnering for phenomenal results
  • Liaise with the global marketing team to roll out global campaigns in ANZ. Develop and run small marketing campaign locally if required.
  • Report back on Supply Centres metrics at regular review meetings

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Science or related degree preferred
  • Excellent digital literacy, the ability to learn new concepts and packages as the need arises.
  • Ability to remain professional and composed when presented with complicated circumstances.
  • Strong results focus and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to achieve results
