Job Description:


The Sales Operations Analyst is a key support role within the Australia and New Zealand market (A/NZ) and will report into the
Senior Finance Director, APAC
. This role will be accountable for ensuring that we maintain a robust sales governance process, collect meaningful client feedback, produce clear and insightful sales reporting MI, and provide effective partnering and support to our client facing teams.


This role will also be required to collaborate with other sales operations leads in the wider community of regional / global teams with the aim of driving best practice and a consistent sales reporting methodology.

It is accountable for our quarterly client feedback process (NPS Survey) as well as for the monthly sales MI and performance dashboards which act as an important lens on our performance.


What you'll be doing ss
- _ Sales Governance _- _ensure that sales governance processes are adhered to including review and approvals, integrity of all closed orders in salesforce and data quality standards around pipeline
- _ Managing the sales commission design process for the following year_ and supporting the ongoing governance of sales commission (target adjustments, letter changes etc)
- _ Net Promoter Score (NPS)_ - _lead and coordinate the NPS process across all business lines, including all internal reporting and analysis, and coordinating actions plans and follow up
- _ Sales Reporting _- _own, design and manage sales reporting across the market including adoption of reporting tools and standards. Includes reporting in excel and Tableau
- _ Sales and Consultant compensation plans and incentives_
:

  • lead the process around the design and preparation of our commission structures, and act as the key point of contact for any queries raised
- _ Managing technical tools and platforms_ _- act as the local SME and promoter, driving adoption and best practice in use of the platforms.


Qualifications:


More about you

  • At least 5 years of applied Sales Operations experience.
  • Strong experience of working on Salesforce, including proficiency around reporting and understanding of functionality
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong proficiency around Excel and other reporting tools including Tableau
  • An ability to build a strong internal network across multiple stakeholder groups, including Global Experian teams
  • Strong communication, written and presentation skills able to operate credibly with senior stakeholders
  • Highly proactive, strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
