- Permanent position focussing on all compliance and advisory matters for New Zealand specifically
- Sydney CBD based, hybrid working available
- A Global Financial Services firm
- Tax advisory across the business
- Review and assessment of tax legislation changes
- Managing tax risk
- Second line of defence tax risk reviews across the entity
- Represent tax in internal and external forums
- 5- 7 years experience in Big 4 with Banking exposure, alternatively corporate tax experience with New Zealand Tax exposure
- Professional Accounting qualification (member of recognised accountancy body e.g. CA).
- New Zealand tax exposure is essential
- People management experience is not a prerequisite
- Subject matter expertise in tax
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with the business
