Account Manager to join our team on the

Central Coast, New South Wales.

Skills/Experience:

Building solid working relationships and developing rapport with key stakeholders/accounts

  • Liaising with, and finding solutions for current and potential clients
  • Developing and implementing sales plans and initiatives
  • Effectively managing your diverse customer base
  • Analysing sales and customer data to identify new opportunities
  • Attracting new customers in addition to growing existing business
- you will be comfortable cold calling as required

  • Achieving sales, margin, and product mix targets
  • Experience securing new business and developing account relationships
  • Strong ability to negotiate, coordinate and facilitate performance outcomes
  • A 'hunter" personality with a "can do" attitude, excited by developing business
  • Resultsorientated and able to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Organised with excellent time management skills, with an eye for detail
  • Current 'C' class drivers licence with a respectable driving record
  • Contribute to the identification and realization of opportunities for the company in the marketplace
Contribute to the introduction of new products and services to achieve planned business objectives


Monitor client satisfaction with the company's service, delivery and products and obtain meaningful feedback in respect to the customer's individual and collective needs.

Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential

Analyze the territory/market's potential and determine the existing and prospective customer's value to the company

Plan and organize your personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment for the territory/segment


Supply management with oral, written and computer-generated reports on customers' needs, problems, interests, competitor activities, the potential for new products and services, orders taken, and quotes won and lost.

Log daily customer call notes - Meet with management on a regular basis as required (daily, weekly, monthly) with territory/segment information, and future sales strategy/call plan

Contribute to the implementation of the overall marketing plan
