    The Role;
    Tax Compliance and reporting for companies, trusts & partnerships
    Calculations such as Division 7 A, CGT and FBT
    Assisting Junior to Intermediate Level Accountants
    Overseeing the Work In Progress Flow
    Assistance to the Manager
    Developing rapport with clients
    Researching issues for clients
    The Requirements;
    CA/CPA Qualified with 5 + years' experience in Business Services
    Excellent technical ability across tax compliance
    Commercial Acumen
    High level of tax knowledge (Division 7 A, FBT, CGT) and the ability to translate this into excellent client outcomes
    Familiar with XERO platform
    Experience of mentoring and/or coaching others.
    A professional and personable demeanour
