About the role:


We have an exciting full-time Clinical Team Leader role available for a pharmacist looking to advance their career and manage our dynamic Clinical Pharmacy team for Slade Pharmacy at the Epworth Hospital in Richmond.

You will ensure that all pharmacy activities are completed to a high standard.


Key responsibilities:


  • Lead a pharmacy team to deliver pharmacy services
  • Meet operational KPIs
  • Ensure pharmacy compliance with legislative and PBS requirements
  • Work in partnership with the pharmacy team to provide dispensing and clinical services
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to maximise patient outcomes
  • Deliver a high level of clinical pharmacy services to our patients in accordance with professional, legislative and ethical standards
  • Provide detailed patient counselling and supportive care recommendations
  • Liaise with external stakeholders as well as work closely with the internal pharmacy team to ensure schedules are met
  • Participate in clinical education to the pharmacy and wider team within the organisation

About you:


As a highly driven and passionate AHPRA registered pharmacist, you will have the ability to prioritise your workload and forward plan to uphold the successful operations of the clinical pharmacy services.

You will also have experience indirectly or directly leading a team while maintaining strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, nurses, doctors and other allied health professionals.
