About the role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly organised Merchandise Salesperson to join our busy Norco AgriSolutions retail store in
Toowoomba on a
full-time basis.

The purpose of this role is to provide agricultural advisory and sales service to clients and to build and maintain strong business partnerships with our customer base, through the provision of sound technical advice.

About you:

You will be a team player, enthusiastic, self-motivated and have great customer service and sales experience. You will be able to meet deadlines whist balancing a range of work.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:

Strong customer service and sales experience
Experience working in a rural retail and warehousing environment (highly desirable)
Demonstrated understanding of the rural industry is an advantage
Technical skills in Agricultural Science, Animal Health or Agronomy is an advantage
Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy skills including Microsoft office, POS and administration skills
Physically fit to perform manual work and regular heavy lifting
A strong focus on Work Health and Safety
A current drivers licence and forklift licence is essential
A keen interest in an agricultural environment
