Skills, knowledge and experience you already possess:

At least 2-3 years' experience of working in a digital marketing environment
Partial understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC
Solid Experience in managing Social Media Accounts and Advertising
A working understanding of Google Analytics, Adwords and Shopping
Good IT skills, with some statistical ability for analysis and data presentation
Marketing Degree would be impressive but reallife marketing ability rocks

What would I even be doing:

Creating and sharing awesome content Product Descriptions, Articles, Posts, Reels, Write-ups, Images, Videos, Ads, Newsletters to push through multiple channels and boost our presence
Designing, planning, actioning and refining Social Campaigns, to grow our buzz, reach and ultimately sales. Everything Meta, Youtube and more
Analysing campaigns, ads, customers, trends to deliver more reach for our budgets and ultimately more bottom line for the business
Searching the market for new opportunities, influencers, partners, allies, customers, growing the family and generating demand.
Helping organise events, shows, conferences; pulling off just a couple of spectacular events per year on a reasonable spend and leaving everyone wanting more
