Description
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Scheduler/Planner to join our client facing collaborative onshore maintenance team.

We are looking for someone to support the delivery on the planning and scheduling of the 2023 work programme on the asset in conjunction with the overall maintenance strategy

How you will be spending your day

  • Engage scope group stakeholders in developing accurate and detailed schedules to maximize productivity and deliver scope within key milestones.
  • Management of the 120 Day Integrated Activity Plan and associated planning processes
  • Responsible for ensuring that scopes are planned and executed in line with the integrated planning processes and procedures
  • Management of maintenance at a work order level to ensure work is aligned to the high level strategy for 202
  • Responsible for the control and monitoring of the planning data input into computerized maintenance management system and synchronizing into Primavera schedules.
  • Undertake duties as per the Integrated Planning Process.
  • Ensuring that all system changes are correctly documented in line with the MOC process
  • Maintain and issue metrics/KPI's and reports as required for compliances.
  • Processing of Master data to ensure system compliance and standards are maintained.
  • Working with the current Operations Superintendent, Maintenance Engineers and Maintenance Planners
Key skills & experience we are looking for from you:

  • Fluid in SAP maintenance plans/items, last occurrences, re-triggering
  • Experienced in the use of Primavera at an integrated planning level
  • Discipline in assurance of documentation changes in the Work Orders
  • Prior experience in a maintenance trade background would be highly regarded
  • Identify opportunities to optimize offshore activities by adapting the plan to meet requirements of a dynamic environment and challenging logístical constraints.
  • Experience in heavy industry, mining or Hydrocarbons.
  • Must have strong PC skills including the use of MS Word, Excel, and Primavera.
  • Must be very flexible to a changing work environment, including schedule changes, work prioritizing, employee work assignments, etc. Willing to work flexible hours to complete work assignments.
