Our client is a global market leading manufacturer and supplier of various components, power units and systems to cater for the mining and industrial sectors.


Due to growth, we're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who takes pride in their work to join their team as a Trades Assistant.

This unique position requires a high level of attention to detail and a proactive helpful and flexible approach to assist and work closely with Fitter Trades people with the repair and build of intricate hydraulic equipment.


The Role:


  • Assist trades with fitting, assembly, repair requirements
  • General housekeeping of workshop
  • Ensure all policy, procedures and safety requirements are adhered to at all times

What we're looking for:


  • Experience in a fitting workshop or similar
  • Forklift license.
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and work independently
  • Able to carry our physical tasks as required
  • Self motivated, good organisations skills
  • Suited to working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Punctual and reliable with exceptional interpersonal skills
