We are seeking a Fleet Management Centre Logistics Officer to provide support for our Operational Logistics Department Monday to Friday, to provide backfill to staff on leave which may include being on a Roster for this period.
About the role
Reporting to the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Provide technical advice, director, and resolution of fleet and equipment issues to operational crews and Duty Manager in response to unscheduled, immediate operational concerns and situations
- Responsible for the timeliness, cost, and coordination of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance within guidelines, procedures, policy, and delegation
- Ensure reports and records are documented in full and accurately in the fleet management system
- Monitor fleet contractors/suppliers parts and labour quotes to ensure that they are aligned to AV determined standards
About you
To be considered for this position you will possess:
- Certificate III Automotive or equivalent industry experience (desirable)
- Significant experience in fleet management
- Demonstrated understanding of operational and/or medical equipment (desirable)
- Victorian Drivers Licence
