HOBAN is actively seeking experienced VPS$ and VPS5 Level - Project Officer, to work across a Government department Assignments estimated for 6 months.


Responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with Industry Professionals such as Architects and Project Managers
  • Dealing with clients and key project stakeholders
  • Strong written and Verbal communications skill
  • Managing suppliers of both materials and Human Resources
  • Scheduling production of projects
  • Managing budgets for projects and project components
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft office
  • An ability to learn and operate proprietary Project Management software systems.
  • Ability to adhere to processes accurately
  • Oversight/Desktop based role with no site activities (NB: If appointed to the Ramps team there may be occasional site activities)
  • Selfstarter who can work autonomously
