Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned customer service professional to ensure the smooth running of our large, high volume repair facility.

You will provide and promote a strong service culture, responding effectively to customers and supporting the production team.

The role

Provide timely customer contact and effective follow through communications
Book repairs and assist with schedule management
Liaise with centralised key functions, suppliers and assessors
Timely and accurate data entry and maintenance of records
General reception and office management duties

Experience

Minimum 5 years' experience in a serviceoriented environment. Insurance and/or automotive industry experience highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to deliver professional and efficient service to customers, suppliers and other stakeholders
Experience with body shop management systems (I-Body advantageous).
