What you'll
do:

Facilitate the development, mobilisation and communication of the Operations Portfolio Business Plan. The Business Plan will broadly outline the Portfolio's desired future state capabilities, initiatives, enablers and measures for success.
Monitor and Investigate project and program performance, advise on strategic alignment, emerging risks and opportunities, providing insight on possible mitigation, intervention or reprioritisation as required.
Drive the establishment and understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure ongoing performance and risk across different operational streams: Asset Management, Asset and Project Delivery, Water Planning and Delivery, Maintenance, Water Monitoring, Customer Field Officers
Design, develop and operationalise the Portfolio's monthly performance and project reporting cadence, in alignment with our corporate reporting framework. The aim is to provide the Operations Executive Manager (Chief Operating Officer) clarity on key risks, issues and solutions to be discussed at the Board and Executive Leadership levels.
Working alongside operational teams to drive data accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in the reporting framework, building strategic lineofsight across the Operational value chain.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, IT, business administration, project management related qualification or equivalent experience
Knowledge in performance reporting, KPI Dashboards, Power BI & Data Visualisation tools such as Tableau, Spotfire
Experience in the development and improvement of analysis and reporting processes.
Experience synthetising Organisational corporate and operating strategies, regulatory requirements, existing and future state operating models, to support building a roadmap for implementation.
Current NSW Driver's Licence
