With a heavy emphasis on project-based work, the team are now looking for an
Administration Assistant who wants to roll up their sleeves and jump straight into a vast array of interesting tasks that will be critical to the delivery of many exciting projects, as well as ensuring the day-to-day office runs smoothly.


Working under some seriously talented managers and senior admin staff, you'll be guided and given the reins to achieve your full potential.

As the team currently sits around 20 employees, you'll have the opportunity to learn all facets of business operations, along with project management methodologies.

They are looking for the person who has the drive and ambition to tackle multiple tasks at once, whilst absorbing information like a sponge


The day to day

  • Assisting Project Teams with general admin setting up and managing projects on internal systems, organising meetings, online & phone research, travel booking and itinerary management
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly answering the main phone line, greeting guests on arrival, ensuring the meeting room is set up and ready, and always providing 5star levels of customer service, ordering stock, stationery and any office consumables
  • Supporting with events creating invites, booking venues, organising catering, and managing RSVP lists
  • Working alongside the Operations Manager invoicing on Xero and general accounting support


This will be perfect role if you've gained previous office and general administrative experience, coupled with the confidence around knowing that you will always put in the work to deliver exceptional results.
