Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

Based in Sydney CBD, you will be responsible for driving the delivery, execution, and achievement of outcomes outlined in the marketing strategy for designated services.


As a pivotal member of the Property and Finance Directorate within the Marketing and Sales team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and driving business targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan and implement strategic and tactical marketing activities to achieve business targets.
  • Manage the development and execution of all campaign assets, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
  • Track, analyse, and optimize the performance of campaigns and projects.
  • Deliver projects within budget and on time.
  • Identify opportunities to add value to designated services.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Relevant degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, brand, and communications.
  • Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of gotomarket project management.
  • Strong experience working with creative agencies.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement tactical marketing strategies.
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
