    Description

    Bresic Whitney Inner East is looking for an authentic and ambitious Portfolio Manager or a Senior Portfolio Manager with a flare, passion for, and commitment to customer excellence.

    As Portfolio Manager, you will take pride in managing your portfolio with a professional and customer centric approach, as you build strong relationships with both the internal team and external clients:
    Key responsibilities includeOverseeing the general operation of a portfolio
    Developing and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
    Providing sound, knowledgeable advice and guidance to our clients
    Promptly resolving property management issues
    Coordination of ingoing and outgoing inspections in accordance with company and statutory requirements
    Providing advice to landlords and tenants about rental market trends
    Preparing and delivering submissions to the Tenancy Tribunal
    Adhoc requests to support your portfolio, team and the BW business.
    What you bring to usHigh level written and verbal communication skills
    Previous Property Management experience
    Problem solving and conflict management capabilities
    Solution orientated; ability to manage difficult conversations in a timely manner
    The desire to be part of the BW vision and align to our values of togetherness, courage, honesty, wise judgement, excellence and humility
    Experience using Property Tree is desirable but not essential
    A strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
    A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (essential) or License
    A drivers license and vehicle
