In this role, you'll:

be a pivotal key contributor to a high performing team, which delivers Salesforces projects across the Transport for NSW.

As the Salesforce Functional Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for testing new workflow solutions and enhancements to the Salesforce platform for all Salesforce projects.

Working with project teams and internal stakeholders, you will seek to understand and analysis business requirements, develop strategy, test Salesforce solutions, document test cases and assist with trouble shooting issues.

The scope of the projects you will work on is wide in variety and no two projects are the same.

The impact you will have in this role, will leave a legacy for the people of NSW.

The position is a temporary opportunity until 31st December 2024 and the home based is at Macquarie Park, with Hybrid work arrangements and flexibility to work from other city based offices.

About you
You are a Salesforce testing expert who is strong in solving diverse business problems. As a collaborative team player, you are solutions focussed and skilled at providing solutions across complex projects. You will be a strong and confident communicator. Previous experience as a Functional Quality Analyst or Tester coupled with extensive experience In Salesforce is essential.
