Are you a friendly and customer-oriented individual seeking an entry-level position in a dynamic and growing healthcare company? Clear Ears is currently hiring an Receptionist to join our team.

This is an entry level position - no previous experience required If you have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors to Clear Ears in a warm and professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls.
Schedule appointments for clients and coordinate availability with medical professionals.
Maintain accurate and organized client records using computer systems or specialized software.
Respond to client inquiries, provide information about our services, and address any concerns or requests they may have.
Provide general administrative support, including sorting mail, managing office supplies, and performing other clerical tasks as needed.
Ensure the reception area is clean, presentable, and welcoming to visitors.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a positive client experience.

Requirements:

Willingness to learn, and enthusiastic, professional and friendly demeanour is a must
VCE or TAFE diploma.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.
Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role.
