Our Member Services team is looking for experienced Member Service Advisors in fixed-term contract roles until the end of June 2023.

These roles are scheduled to commence late March.


About the Opportunity:


The Member Services role assists Bupa members through administration and phone service support, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy and consistency in accordance with published rules and agreed service standards.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Assess all transactions accurately with a high level of quality
  • Exceed the customers' expectations by providing a high level of customer service through all channels
  • Be accountable for personal and team compliance with internal policies, procedures, and codes and all applicable external laws, regulations, standards and industry codes
  • Actively participate as a team player to strive towards the overall performance of the Member Services Team

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Experience or extensive knowledge in the Customer Administration systems and processes.
  • Proven analytical and problemsolving skills, with ability to adopt a proactive stance towards resolving issues independently
  • Experience in customer service delivery through verbal and written mediums
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills with an ability to liaise with others to achieve outcomes and deliver a high quality, personalised service
  • Proven ability to prioritise, schedule and perform work to meet identified timeframes, commitments and customer service standards.
  • Fantastic ability to multitask whilst utilising speed and accuracy with data entry.
