With a contract worth $1.63 billion, the Eastern Tunnelling Package includes construction of 3.5-kilometre tunnels under Sydney Harbour between The Bays and the Sydney CBD, and the excavation of Pyrmont and Hunter Street stations.

Starting at The Bays, tunnel boring machines will cross the harbour near the Anzac Bridge, before heading to the new Pyrmont station and then under Darling Harbour before reaching Hunter Street in the heart of the CBD.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced
WDIP Administrator to join our team, reporting into the WDIP Manager.


The purpose of this role is to Provide administrative support for workforce development and industry participation (WDIP) initiatives, including the retrieval of social inclusion data and completion of required reports.

Administration of WDIP events including Pre-employment programs, school engagement, apprentices and school-based apprenticeships and traineeships.


About you:


  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administrator
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills
  • Demonstrated organisational, planning and coordination skills
  • Experience working independently and as a member of a team
  • Outstanding interpersonal, liaison and networking skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a highvolume work environment
  • High level written and verbal communication
