Accountabilities include:

Establishment of the Translink realtime security monitoring function within the Translink Passenger Transport Hub as outlined above.
Coordinate the develop of the concept of operations for the business function in consultation with the Executive Director (Translink Operations), Manager (Passenger Transport Coordination) and Principal Advisor (Security and Disruptive Events).
Integration and establishment of security monitoring systems within the Passenger Transport Hub including incident management software and CCTV systems into the Passenger Transport Hub.
Liaise and negotiate with key stakeholders (internal/external) responsible for the safety and security of customers utilising the Translink network, building cross agency communication protocols and information sharing processes.
Assist, as required, in matters directly related to DTMR's overarching Transport Security and Emergency Management work programs.
Capture and review relevant incident data collected form key stakeholders (internal/external) to provide advice on planning for operational functions within Translink.
Identify business improvement and change opportunities across the areas of security risk management, emergency management, disruptive event management and business continuity.

This position reports to the Manager (Passenger Transport Coordination).
