What a day in-the-life may look like as a Store Manager:

  • Supporting the leadership in all areas of the business.
  • High level communication & support with your Regional Manager
  • Ensure that our customers are the forefront and leave with a great customer experience.
  • Lead by example and empower your team through effective coaching and ongoing training.
  • Manage and take full accountability of endtoend product management of the store.
  • Drive sales to SMASH budgets and targets
- take your store to the next level

  • Manage and support daily highvolume stock and operations.
  • Become a product expert of everything you know & love
  • Drive our values and visons forward
  • Lead by example for ALL

About You:


  • Big box/large format retail store leadership background
- highly desirable

  • Experience in a team leadership role of up to 40+ staff
  • Strong experience in talent pipelines & performance management
  • Experience working with HIGH volume stock daily
  • Approachable attitude who can motivate others
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Ability to understand reports (P&L, sales, forecasting, budgeting)
  • Passion for outdoors is an added bonus
