Full time position
- $80k - $85k + Super annum

  • Based in the inner city suburbs


They are looking for someone who is able to hit the ground running and improve current processes where they see fit.

For the first 6 months there will be a heavy focus on collections to bring client accounts up to speed.


You will be reporting to the Finance Manager and your role will include:

  • Overlooking and managing bank reconciliation
  • Accurately and efficiently enter and process invoices
  • Preparing monthly general ledger reconciliation
  • Collecting any outstanding balances and following up with creditors
  • Accurately preparing month end documents
  • Able to identify process improvements and implement them

If you are to be considered for the role you will:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Be able to communicate with vendors and suppliers efficiently
