    About the role


  • The Specialist

  • Account provides specialist support for nominated customer accounts to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of products and services to customers including reporting on key metrics, providing analysis of commercial data, assisting in preparing presentations and proposals to customers, supporting key administrative functions (such as Letters of Offer, contracts, forecasting, etc.), leading specific process improvement initiatives.
    What you will be doing
  • Key Accountabilities Develops and maintains key commercial information in the area. Provides support for customer relationship for nominated accounts and ensure all Rise and Falls are implemented. Supports Account group/site negotiations Identifies and develops account growth opportunities where appropriate. Assists with generation of Pronto's, Resource Models and Letters of Offer. Manages Debtor compliance on nominated accounts Investigates 'disputed claims' for invoicing non payment when required Coordinates and monitors of all forecasting (IE,HE and BULK) with in region Assists with GQOMS approval process and the raising of Expenditure Proposals. Maintains an overtime monitoring system for region and ensure that cost are invoiced to customers Regularly analyses key data, providing trend analysis and corrective actions Coordinates demurrage tracking and recovery process Manages regional coordination, support, analysis, reporting including but not limited to Monthly KPI reports, Sprint Team financials, Customer Reporting requirements Coordinates Statutory Compliance for Area Assists with development /update of customer Account Plans. Assists with preparation of Brad Meetings Leads product and service initiatives to achieve BBS and New Product goals Demonstrates variation management to capture additional revenue streams Maintains Operational Contract Summaries for Area Acts as SAP / system mentor for Area, ensuring effective use of systems, including direct training as required
    What you will bring

BAND F PEOPLE LEADER

  • Minimum 7 years experience post qualification.
  • Experience leading a team, including building a collaborative approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement.
  • Ability to plan, influence & execute.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.

BAND F TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

  • Minimum 3 to 6 years experience post qualification.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement.
  • Ability to plan, influence & execute.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.

Your qualifications

  • Insert tertiary qualification required for role (e.g. Accountant must have a tertiary degree in an Accounting discipline, an Engineer must have a tertiary degree in an Engineering discipline)
