As part of an exciting time in the development of the company, a position is currently available for a
Recruitment Team Leader to play a key role in the growth of the company's blue-collar fixed plant division.

Located in the heart of Perth CBD close to public transport.

This role will be ideal for someone who is a Senior Recruiter Specialist looking to take a step further and manage a small team of recruiters or continue and grow their Team Leader career.

The recruiters that you will be assisting and managing, specialise in the fixed plant ongoing FIFO rosters.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of recruiters for fixed plant mining and manufacturing FIFO roles
Support the team through advising on availability of roles
Conduct weekly linkups with the team
Run your own desk of filling and recruiting for bluecollar roles
Conduct Business Develpoment calls to expand the cliental portal

- site visits with existing and upcoming clients

Account management

Requirements:

Previous experience in agency recruitment (minimum 2 years)
Experience in managing a team of recruiters (not essential but highly desirable)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude (essential)
Career Driven
Australian work rights and currently residing in Perth, Western Australia
