**Your new role

  • Key Account Manager*
  • Working within this established management and operations team,
  • Manage a portfolio of highvolume accounts.
  • Key account manager ensure clients' orders and shipment deadlines are met.
  • Your day will consist of being the first point of contact for your portfolio of client, receiving PO orders, actioning client requests
- liaising with import/export/airfreight departments to ensure clients' needs are met.

  • Ensuring relevant certification is recorded, updated and edited as necessary using CargoWise.
  • Key account manager utilize superior ability to multitask to ensure delays are minimized and the departments have all relevant documentation and information to allow the immediate delivery of cargo/freight as soon as it has been cleared

What you'll need to succeed

  • Min 35 years experience in international Freight Forwarding including Import & Export Freight Operations (Orders, chasing/checking docs for clearance, invoicing, booking transport)
  • Key account Manager experience
  • Import Customer Service
  • CargoWise EDI experience required
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize Key account manager task
  • Knowledge of Australian Customs and Quarantine procedures
  • High attention to detail in your work
  • Fantastic communication and organisational skills
  • Thrive working in a busy office and feel comfortable speaking to customers both internally and externally
  • Able to build relationships and be the first point of contact for your portfolio of clients on a regular basis
  • Hard working attitude
