Roles and responsibilities for Trainer and Assessor

• Providing quality training and assessing services to our students
• Providing a professional standard of care to our students

Qualifications required for Business Qualifications:

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment TAE4011
• Relevant VET Qualification for Leadership & Management

Skills required for this role:

• Ability to effectively communicate with students and liaise with industry employers
• Exceptional computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to develop and maintain student and business relationships
• Ability to work autonomously and as a team member
• Previous 12 years minimum experience in an RTO environment
• Ability to meet and exceed KPI's
• Desire to achieve excellence in student completion rates
• A positive attitude and a passion for the education industry
• Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Casual


Salary:
$ $66.23 per hour


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Melbourne, VIC 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Training: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• TAE (preferred)

• Australia (required)
