Capital Markets Trading Support Analyst to join their
Sydney office, working with a global production support team, responsible for day-to-day production regional support for Capital Markets Brokerage Trading Applications.

This position requires OMS [Order Management Systems] experience, with direct experience working in support of an investment banking or capital markets trading floor.

This role will be hired on an initial 912month contract paying a daily rate circa $ per day, including super._

Required Skills/Experience:

Previous financial markets experience required - ideally OMS experience in direct support of a trading team

1-2 years of FIX Protocol experience required

Reasonably indepth functional and/or industry knowledge
Brokerage / Security Finance required.

~3-7 years of work experience in any OMS, ideally Flextrade, highly regarded
:

Experience working in Onsite/Offshore models, in particular supporting APAC, UK, and US business lines.
Experience in incident management, understanding of ticket workflows and use of escalation. Experience with ServiceNow/ITIL Methodologies is mandatory.
Highly flexible and adaptable to change with Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem resolution in an analytical and logical manner, to troubleshoot root cause and resolve production incidents.
