The Opportunity
We have three part time continuing opportunities to join our team of professional and friendly staff delivering excellence in customer service to patients and clients.
You will be an experienced Medical Receptionist seeking to become an integral part of a diverse team, contributing to the ongoing work and success of the health service at our Peninsula and Clayton campuses.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing professional reception and administrative support services to the University Health Service (UHS)
- Aiding the University Health Service medical practitioners, registered nurses, counsellors and other allied health professionals
- As the face of reception, deliver professional and timely service in receiving, processing and triaging patients attending UHS
- Excellent interpersonal skills and dedication to patient care
- Be able to balance competing priorities whilst maintaining a timely service
- Previous medical reception experience in a large, multidisciplinary medical practice is essential
- Clinical Software experience preferably ZedMed (desirable)

We have three part time positions available, you will be required to work approximately 9am-5pm on the days of work which will be confirmed at the time of interview.
This role is a part-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
