About the position:

We are looking for a reliable person willing to work and support the reactive work the team does.

The role will work with public drainage complaints that can demand quick responses at times together with rapid changes to plans so having flexibility to adapt is key.

The role is based out of the Banyo Plant and Mechanised Maintenance depot and the team generally work a 10 on 4 off block working roster based around weekend track closures with hours of mid week and it can be all hours across weekend track closures.

To be successful, you must be available to work anywhere in the SEQ area from Gympie to Varsity Lakes and out to Rosewood.

The team is based out of the Banyo Plant and Mechanised Maintenance depot.

What we are looking for:

It would be desirable to have a background in civil construction or hold a Certificate III in Plant Operation and Pipe Laying
Be available to travel and work outdoors in and around track equipment and structures
Someone who is available to work outside normal hours as outlined above

Pre employment qualification that you must hold:

Class C Drivers Licence

- $61,000 base rate plus up to 12.75% superannuation + allowances and penalties (you can expect to make around $93,000 per annum)
