Your profile

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Understanding of power plants (Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Generators)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales function
  • Ability to lead and motivate a highperformance sales team
  • Market knowledge in power industry for the Region Asia Pacific especially for Australia, Japan and Korea
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problemsolving attitude
  • Independent and strong selfstarter
  • Experience in an intercultural environment with crossregional working team
  • Ability and willingness to travel (up to 50%)
  • Legally permitted to work within the country; we will not be able to support with a work visa

Your responsibilities


Siemens Energy is looking for a Sub-Region Field Sales Head (Pacific) for our Generation Services business in Regional Service Unit, Asia Pacific region (RSU AP) with the opportunity to drive sales activities in Korea, Japan and Australia.


  • Responsible for leading and building a world class sales team
  • Deliver customer success and profits to Siemens Energy by developing and closing technology solutions with customers through partnership with regional and international Hub Sales, marketing, product, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Analyse regional market dynamics, changing industrial trends, regulations, customer needs/pricing and competitors
  • Prepare forecasts and develop regional sales plans that are aligned with revenue targets
  • Establish metrics to measure team performance
  • Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities and accounts
  • Maintain customer organization mapping to support SE champions, persuade Detractors and customer succession planning
  • Develop meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with key customers and their network
