A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Team Assistant to be part of this team If you are energetic, highly motivated and keen to develop your career in administration, this is the perfect job for you.


In this role, you will provide administrative support to the leadership team on a day-to-day basis to establish and maintain an efficient and well organised working environment.

This is a permanent full-time Melbourne-based role with hybrid work arrangements available.


How will I help?

  • Provide business support to the leadership team, including support with meeting coordination
  • Coordination of team planning days, celebrations and events
  • Provide general assistance with the effective preparation and delivery of project meetings, assist with the coordination of the necessary documentation and material. Attend meetings and take minutes when necessary
  • Provide general assistance and logístical support to the team with room bookings, room set up and catering requests.
  • Organise travel for the leadership team and the wider team if required
  • Process invoices, ensuring timely processing and payment
  • Assist with corporate card reconciliation and timely monthly processing adherence
  • Maintain records, electronic files, reports and data in an efficient and accessible manner

What do I need?

  • Previous experience in an administration, team support, office coordination or operations role
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Welldeveloped organisational skills, proactive, selfmotivated, forward thinking and the ability to work autonomously
  • High capability in a range of Microsoft tools and systems
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
