  • Office close to the heart of Canberra
  • Baseline clearance is required for this role

THE COMPANY
We are partnering with a federal government organisation undergoing a digital change.


THE ROLE
As a Change Manager, you will manage the organisational change involved in the implementation of the clients digital transformation initiatives and projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the transformation benefits are realised


Other responsibilities include:

  • You will lead the design and delivery of robust training, communication and education materials to staff and managers.
  • You will also have regular monitoring and reporting of endorsed plan with clear success metrics.
  • You will be able to provide strategic advice on targeted communications and engagement with an ability ro run drop in sessions.

ABOUT YOU
You will be an Organisational Change Management expert.

You will have excellent knowledge of organisational change management theories and practice, and the ability to work with senior managers, internal and external stakeholders.


You will also:

  • Have proven planning and management skills of the development, implementation and delivery phases of organisational change, ideally within a medium, complex environment
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills. You will be working with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Relevant experience with creating a positive environment where you have driven change and motivated stakeholders internally and externally during various initiatives.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification(s) in Change Management would be highly desirable (eg PROSCI).
