Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and data entry
- Organising deliveries and pickups
- Placing and taking ordering over the phone
- Answering phone and customer queries
- Liaising with various parties
- Preparing memo and notice
- Filing and Database maintenance
Requirements:
- Excellent planning, organising and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
- Proficient and Accurate in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- MYOB knowledge preferable
- Fluent in English (IELTs 6.5+) and Chinese, able to write professionally and communicate clearly on the phone
Salary:
$49, $60,000.00 per year
